Also known as a shoe insert, these orthotic devices are meant to be worn inside the shoe to correct foot issues and enhance the way you walk, stand, or run. They fit most footwear, and also provide all-day relief from foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis, arthritis, low back pain, or weakness in the knees.
