    Dr. Frank is originally from the Washington D.C. area and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in biology. He received his Masters of Science degree in 1996 and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1999 from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. Dr. Frank did his internship at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, NJ. He completed a two-year surgical residency at the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Houston, Texas, where he received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery.

    His areas of interest include but are not limited to sports medicine, heel pain, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Maryland Podiatric Medical Association. He has privileges at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center (formerly Montgomery General Hospital), Holy Cross Hospital and Lockwood Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr. Frank is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Frank resides in Potomac with his wife Rita and his kids Brianna and Brandon.

    Dr. Goldberg graduated from the University of Delaware in 1998 and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2002. He completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY where he served as Chief Podiatric Surgical Resident in 2003-2004. Dr. Goldberg is originally from Long Island, NY and relocated with his wife in 2004 to her hometown of Rockville, MD. He lives in Rockville with his wife Nicole and their two daughters Samantha and Jenna.

    Dr. Goldberg is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Maryland Podiatric Medical Association. In addition to general podiatry, Dr. Goldberg has a special interest in heel pain, diabetic foot care, sports medicine, and foot surgery. Dr. Goldberg has privileges at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center (formerly Montgomery General Hospital), Holy Cross Hospital, and Lockwood Ambulatory Surgery Center.

    When not taking care of his patients, Dr. Goldberg can usually be found cheering his daughters on at their field hockey games or playing softball.

    Dr. Lowy’s career in treating foot and ankle conditions began when he was in high school at Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. There he became a part of the Athletic Training staff at one of the most competitive athletic high schools in Maryland. He then attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science.  Dr. Lowy received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.  Following school, he completed his surgical residency at Hoboken University Medical Center, a prestigious program known for its intense trauma and complex foot & ankle reconstruction exposure. There he became specialized in conservative & surgical treatment of various foot & ankle disorders. Dr. Lowy worked in New Jersey until 2016 when he decided to relocate back to his native Maryland.  He lives in Highland with his wife, Ilana, and their 2 sons.

    Dr. Lowy is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.  He is a member of the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. When not treating his patients, he enjoys traveling, cooking, music, and fitness.

    Scott Nutter, DPM joined Family Foot and Ankle Associates of Maryland in May of 2021.  Dr. Nutter has been practicing podiatry in Maryland for over 35 years.  He has his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and DPM degree from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine.  After finishing his residency in Baltimore at Bon Secours Hospital in 1981 he served as Chief of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery as a Captain in the United States Air Force at Andrews Air Force Base.  He entered Private Practice in 1985.  Dr. Nutter is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association.  He is on staff at White Oak Medical Center (formerly Washington Adventist Hospital Takoma Park), Howard County General Hospital and Maple Lawn Surgery Center.

    Dr. Nutter has great interest in sports medicine and diabetic foot care.  He currently lives in Howard County with his wife, Debbie, where he enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
